Orders received before 17.00 will generally be despatched the next working day. (Except for orders on Sundays and Mondays, which will be despatched on the next but one working day. This is because we are closed on Sundays (not December) and Tuesdays (not December). Orders received after 17.00 will generally be despatched on the next but one working day, with a similar one day extension for Sundays and Mondays.
Postage charges are generally based on weight and will normally be sent Royal Mail First Class in the UK and Airmail overseas, (heavier UK packages may be sent by other Royal Mail services) :

Certificates of posting will be obtained for all despatches but this will only be covered by insurance up to £60. Any excess over £60 will be at the customers risk. Alternatively insurance up to £500 can be obtained by requesting express delivery. This will cost £10.00. This will generally be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and should arrive the day after despatch (see above for despatches).
For orders outside the UK, airmail is calculated based on your location, either Europe or Rest of the World. Please email us if you wish to use surface mail or other services.
If you reside in a country that VAT does not apply to, then the VAT element of the price can be deducted from the sales price.
To ensure efficient processing of returns, please enclose a covering letter detailing the fault, invoice number, contact details (incl phone number) and details of any previous correspondence (name of person spoken to, copy of previous letter or date of email). In the case of faulty or incorrect items, return postage will be reimbursed, if requested in writing and evidenced by proof of posting. Returns should be posted as economically as possible and the items should be in the condition in which they were received using the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is not available then the item should be returned in similar packaging to avoid damage. If only part of the order is damaged or missing, we may only require part of the order to be returned.
If the goods delivered are incorrect, damaged or faulty, you must notify us in writing, by letter or email, within 7 working days of receipt. If you do not receive goods within 30 days of despatch, you must notify us within 40 days of the date of the despatch.
